Winter and Spring Events In New York City and London

New York City and London are two of the most exciting cities in the world. At the center of food, art, and culture, both cities are bold and vibrant. But what’s New York like during winter?

Honestly, I love New York but winters are the worse!

Expect strong winds, sleet, and lots of snow. We had a few big snow storms this year. The city shut down several times. That meant no school, no work, and no public transportation. Ha! Not all bad, right?

During the winter months, it’s easy to binge watch TV shows instead of braving the elements. I would know. I’ve been guilty of this in the past.

However, instead of letting the weather get in the way, I’ve been out and about. I’ve enjoyed many winter events in New York City this year. From winter festivals to exclusive fashion shows, there’s no excuse to slow down. There are so many fun things to do in New York City throughout the year, especially winter.

Here’s a roundup of my favorite winter events in New York City so far. As a bonus, I’ve also included upcoming events to check out in London.

I’ve been a bad blogger buddy Danielle. I know I’ve missed a lot of your posts. Great tips…especially any that involve wine!

I find it hard to get motivated to do things in the winter too, and have been prone to bouts of binge watching when it has been raining for days on end. The world in 12 wines and boat river cruises sound fun!
